Airline GSA services, run in the market — not from it.
PMT Group provides passenger sales representation for airlines across Southeast and Eastern Europe. We are a passenger GSA — we do not handle cargo. What we do handle, we handle in-market.
What we do.
Four services, one mandate: sell the airline's seats across twelve markets, and support the trade that sells them.
Representation
Passenger sales
Trade, corporate and consolidator sales across twelve markets, run by teams based in each one — with a named account owner and a revenue target.
Fares & GDS
Distribution
Fare filing and maintenance, GDS availability monitoring, booking resolution and settlement support — handled regionally, not escalated to head office.
Agencies
Trade support
First-line support for the agencies selling you: registration, training, groups, reissues and irregular operations. In local languages, in local hours.
Market entry
Route launch
Market assessment, trade engagement and launch support for airlines entering a market for the first time — including where you have no existing presence.
What we don't do.
We are not a marketing agency, a PR firm, or a cargo GSSA. We sell seats and support the trade that sells them. Airlines needing the rest are generally better served by specialists.
Everything above runs through the same six offices and one field base — twelve markets, around twenty people, all resident in the region they sell.
Common questions
What is an airline General Sales Agent (GSA)?
An airline General Sales Agent, or GSA, represents an airline commercially in a market where the airline does not run its own sales office. The GSA sells the airline's seats through travel agencies, consolidators and corporate accounts, files and maintains its fares, monitors availability in the GDS, and acts as the local point of contact for the trade. PMT Group is the GSA for flydubai and Emirates across Southeast and Eastern Europe.
What is the difference between a GSA and a GSSA?
A GSA (General Sales Agent) sells passenger seats. A GSSA (General Sales and Service Agent) typically handles air cargo. PMT Group is a passenger GSA only — it does not handle cargo, and it is not a marketing or PR agency.
When does an airline appoint a GSA instead of opening its own office?
Airlines typically appoint a GSA in markets where the traffic does not justify the fixed cost of a direct sales office, but where trade relationships still need to be maintained locally. A GSA gives the airline a sales presence, fare and distribution management, and agency support in that market without the airline employing staff there.
Which services does PMT Group provide to airlines?
PMT Group provides four services to the airlines it represents: passenger sales representation, distribution (fare filing, GDS availability monitoring and booking resolution), trade support for the agencies selling the airline, and route launch and market entry support for carriers entering a market for the first time.
