PMT Group is the appointed General Sales Agent for flydubai across twelve markets in Southeast and Eastern Europe. Since 2011, we have represented the airline's commercial interests in the region — passenger sales, trade distribution, and day-to-day support for the agencies who sell it. We operate six offices and keep people in-market rather than managing the region from a single capital.

Our mandate is passenger sales representation. In practice:
- Trade sales. Direct relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, and corporate travel managers across all twelve markets, maintained by people who visit them.
- Distribution. Fares loaded and maintained, GDS availability monitored, booking issues resolved without escalating to Dubai.
- Agency support. Training on flydubai's products and booking tools, plus first-line support for schedule changes, reissues, and irregular operations.
- Market intelligence. Regular reporting on demand, competitor activity, and pricing pressure in each market, fed back to the airline's commercial team.
